At Everyday Froday, we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items for your own reasons. Please see below our return policy.

Returns Policy 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days from the day delivered to the below address 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please ensure you keep all postal receipt as proof of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, you will receive an Everyday Froday E-Gift Card within 5 working days. This e-gift card can be used at checkout on your next purchase

Please note that your Everyday Froday E-Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@everydayfroday.com.
