How is COVID-19 affecting us?

Chale! Hope you are all well and keeping safe! It's still business as usual in our house. However we are experiencing delays with shipping. In addition to the standard delivery time, please allow an extra 5 business days for your parcel to arrive  

Pliz, where is my order?

UK deliveries 

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays with shipping. Depending on your location you should expect your items within 10-15 business days from when you placed your order. Normally our delivery time is 5 working days and many (not all) customers are still able to receive their orders within this time. 

International Deliveries 

If you are far away from us (outside the UK), so it can take up to 10-25 business days to arrive from when you placed your order. We know this is a bit long but the chances are won’t be disappointed. 

Customs charges 

We hate to disappoint but we do not cover the cost of custom charged 

Omo, I made a mistake in my shipping details can I change it? 

If you notice an error in your shipping details please contact sharp sharp, if your order hasn’t been sent out & you send us the correct details and we maybe able to change it for you  

Madam, I picked the wrong items

Our fulfilment team are extremely fast so unfortunately, for some items once you've placed ordered, the printing process begins immediately therefore it is very rare for us to be able to change orders once placed. 

Chale, My print looks a bit faded 

Some of our product are made using natural materials, renewable energy and printed only within seconds after you've placed your order. 
The modern, digital system in the factory that creates this product also uses water-based inks. This means that they'll have a slightly different feel and finish to traditional plastic based prints. They're also much better for the planet. 🌎

 

Oga, this something I received is damaged ooh

JESUS IS LOORDD, no no this is not okay. Sorry to hear that your order was damaged on arrival. PLIZ, send us a picture of your item to hello@everydayfroday.com and once we've investigated  and everything is good we will either send you a refund or a brand new item! Just let us know how you want this to be fix
